James Gulli is a hands-on entrepreneur and emerging private-equity founder who has been building businesses since age twelve, when he launched Gulli Lawn into a full-service landscape company. In spring 2025 he launched Clayton James Capital to pursue value-add real estate, niche service-business roll-ups, and selective equity stakes. He is currently raising the firm’s inaugural round and seeking partners to deploy capital into high-growth opportunities. This fall he will begin studying Finance at the University of Miami, blending academic insight with live deal flow to drive lasting community impact and strong, risk-adjusted returns.
